P.U.L.S.E World Edition is the English-language portal of the independent cultural magazine P.U.L.S.E, established in 2009.

Mission We focus on depth over speed: in-depth essays, analyses, and personal reflections on art, culture, philosophy, literature, film, music, history, and more. We create an alternative space for thoughtful discourse, connecting the Balkans with the global intellectual community.

Our approach Over 7,000 texts by nearly 600 authors – from established to emerging voices – emphasizing authenticity, no sensationalism.

Multilingual presence Available in Serbian (pulse.rs), English (world.pulse.rs), and French (france.pulse.rs) to reach an international audience.
